Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We know life gets busy! Here’s how we handle changes:
More than 24 hours before your lesson:
No problem at all — cancel or reschedule and your payment will be credited toward a future lesson.
Within 24 hours of your lesson:
Because your instructor’s time has been reserved, we’re unable to offer credits or reschedules at this time.
Rescheduling Limit:
We allow up to 2 reschedules per booking so we can keep things flexible for you! If a third reschedule is needed, unfortunately the lesson will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
